Who we are and agreement to terms

En Flor Visuals LLC is a California limited liability company. We photograph and film weddings, quinceañeras and sessions. We are based in Southern California and work worldwide. Using our website means you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Inquiries and bookings

An inquiry does not reserve a date. A signed agreement and the retainer do. Form inquiries require double opt-in email confirmation before they reach the studio. Your signed agreement governs your booking. If it conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement wins.

Prices

Published prices hold for every booking signed through December 31, 2027. A price on the site is not an offer until we both sign an agreement. Travel is included within 50 miles of Redlands. Travel beyond that is quoted. À la carte options are quoted on inquiry. California sales tax may apply to albums, prints and other physical products.

Payments

Invoices and payments are handled through secure links. Stripe processes card payments. A 50% retainer at signing holds your date. The balance is due when your gallery and film are ready, before they are released. Payment schedules follow your signed agreement.

Cancellations

If the photographer assigned to you can't be there, another member of our team takes their place. If we have to cancel, we return every payment you made. Events outside anyone's control, such as a natural disaster or a government order, follow your signed agreement, and so does a cancellation by you.

Client galleries

Client galleries are private. Keep your personal sign-in link private. Anyone with a guest link can view and download that gallery. Share guest links only with people you trust, and ask us to turn one off at any time. Galleries stay online for the period in your agreement. Download and keep your own copies.

Portfolio permission

Portfolio and social media use requires signed written permission. A parent or guardian signs for a minor. You may withdraw permission at any time without affecting your booking. We stop new use and remove the images from channels we control within 30 days. We cannot recall prints or copies others have already shared.

Copyright and licence

En Flor Visuals LLC keeps copyright in its photographs and films unless a written agreement says otherwise. Delivered work carries the personal-use licence in your agreement. Commercial use, resale or editing that misrepresents our work requires our permission.

You may view the website for personal use. Do not copy, distribute or commercially use its photographs, films, text or branding without permission.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorised access to accounts, galleries or administration tools. Do not interfere with the site, conduct unauthorised security testing, submit false or abusive inquiries, or use automated tools for bulk submissions or scraping.

Links to other sites

Google, Instagram and other sites we link to are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Website information

We provide the website as available. We try to keep its information accurate but cannot guarantee it is complete, current or error-free. Confirm availability and the scope and price of your collection in your written agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, En Flor Visuals LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that the law does not allow us to exclude. Your signed agreement governs liability for booked services.

Accessibility

We aim for WCAG 2.1 AA. If something on the site does not work for you, contact us. We will help and give you the information another way.

Governing law and disputes

California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the website goes to a state or federal court in California. Small claims court remains available. Disputes about services follow your signed agreement.

General

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stands. These terms, together with any signed agreement, are the whole agreement about the website.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms. Changes here do not replace the terms of an existing signed booking agreement.
