Your wedding, with us
We give every wedding our very best, whatever its size. Before the day, we get to know you, learn your plans and scout your venue so we know where the light falls and where your portraits will shine.
On the day, we always bring a second or third shooter. While one of us stays close to you two, another catches your mom’s face as you walk down the aisle, your friends on the dance floor and the toast that gets everyone laughing. We’d rather have two angles on a moment than miss it.
We’re building our name one wedding at a time, so yours gets everything we have: the same care, a signed agreement, and photos and film delivered on schedule. All you have to do is enjoy your day. We’ll take it from there.

How we work with you
From the day you book to the day your gallery arrives, here is what we do and when.
When you book
Your date, reserved
You sign your agreement online and pay a 50% retainer. From then on, your date is yours.
Two months out
Getting to know you
We send a short questionnaire and set up a 20-minute call to walk through your timeline.
One month out
Your day plan
We sit down with you to settle the schedule, the family photo list and a day-of contact, along with the first look, the toasts, the send-off and any rules from your officiant.
Three weeks out
We scout your venue
We visit your venue and find where the light falls, so we know where the portraits go before the day.
The week of
Ready to go
We confirm call times with the whole team, charge every battery and pack backup cameras and memory cards.
Your wedding day
We’re with you
Two or three of us photograph and film your day. That night, we copy every memory card to two places before anything is erased.
After
Sneak peeks, then your gallery
A handful of sneak peeks come within a week. Your full gallery and film arrive within 4 to 6 weeks, or up to 8 in our busiest season. The balance is due when they’re ready.
Booking details
Reserving your date
A 50% retainer at signing reserves your date. The balance is due when your gallery and film are ready, before we deliver them.
Travel
We cover travel within 50 miles of Redlands. Going farther, even overseas? We add it to your quote.
Delivery
For weddings and quinceañeras, your photographs and film arrive within 4 to 6 weeks of the event, or up to 8 in peak season. We always let you know.
