How far in advance should we book?
For quinceañeras and weddings we recommend reserving six to nine months ahead, as we take a limited number of celebrations each season. Graduation and portrait sittings can often be arranged within a few weeks. If your date is close, reach out anyway. We keep a short list for late requests.
What is required to hold our date?
A signed agreement and a 30% retainer secure your date exclusively. The retainer is applied to your balance, with the remainder due two weeks before the event. We’ll walk you through every step; nothing is ever a surprise.
When and how do we receive our images?
Your private, downloadable gallery is delivered within three weeks for photography, and films within six to eight weeks. Elite collections receive priority delivery. Every image is hand-edited individually, not batch-filtered.
What should we wear, and can you help us plan?
Yes. Styling guidance is part of every collection. In short: choose textures over loud patterns, coordinate rather than match, and bring the pieces that feel most like you. We’ll send a tailored styling note once your date is confirmed.
Do you travel for celebrations?
Gladly. We’re based in Southern California and photograph events nationwide and abroad. Anything beyond a 60-mile radius, we’ll quote travel up front and add it to your collection at cost, with no markup on our end.
What happens if we need to reschedule?
Life moves; we understand. Your retainer transfers once to any available date within twelve months at no penalty. We’ll always do everything we can to hold your new date.
Will there be a second photographer?
The Signature and Elite collections include a second shooter, giving you two perspectives on every key moment: the wide story and the quiet detail happening just off to the side.
Can we order prints and albums later?
Absolutely. Your gallery includes an à-la-carte print studio with archival papers, framing, and fine-art albums, available for as long as your gallery is online, which in practice is many years.
How would you describe your style?
Warm and honest. We direct just enough to put you at ease, then step back so the real moments can happen. You’ll get true-to-life color and real feeling, not heavy trend filters.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Beyond the retainer, balances can be divided into interest-free monthly installments leading up to your date. Simply ask and we’ll tailor a schedule that works for your family.
