Questions
When should we reach out?
As soon as you have a date and venue. Six to nine months ahead leaves plenty of time to plan. If your date is closer, send it our way and we’ll gladly check availability.
Coverage
Every wedding and quinceañera collection includes photography and film. Weddings run from eight hours to a full day, quinceañeras from four to ten hours.
Reserving your date
A 50% retainer at signing reserves your date. The balance is due when your gallery and film are ready, before we deliver them.
Travel
We cover travel within 50 miles of Redlands. Going farther, even overseas? We add it to your quote.
Delivery
For weddings and quinceañeras, your photographs and film arrive within 4 to 6 weeks of the event, or up to 8 in peak season. We always let you know.
Editing
Each of us edits every photograph we take, by hand.
Languages
We’re glad to help in English or Spanish, before your day and on it.
What do collections cost?
Weddings begin at $1,200; quinceañeras at $600. Photography and film together begin at $2,250 for weddings and $1,200 for quinceañeras. You can see all three collections on the investment page.
Do you photograph engagements and proposals?
We’d love to! Engagement sessions are $600: up to two hours, one location, and your gallery within seven days. Proposals and other sessions are quoted on inquiry.
Can you help with the schedule and clothing?
We’re happy to. Share your ceremony time, locations and family photo list, and we’ll plan around travel and light. For clothing, choose comfortable pieces and coordinate colors without asking everyone to match.
What if our date changes?
Just send us the new date and we’ll do our best to help. Availability and the terms of your signed agreement decide what can transfer.
Can we add an album or request photography or film alone?
Full Bloom includes a printed album. We’re also happy to quote photography or film on its own, prints, and other à la carte options. California sales tax may apply to physical products.
How do we pay?
We send you a secure invoice link, and Stripe processes card payments. Your agreement sets the payment schedule, so you always know what is due and when.
