Effective September 30, 2026.
Who we are
En Flor Visuals LLC, a California limited liability company ("En Flor Visuals", "we"). We photograph and film weddings, quinceañeras and sessions. We are based in Southern California and work worldwide.
This policy covers our website, inquiries, client galleries, agreements and payments.
Information we collect
Inquiry details: you give us your name, email, phone, event type, event date, location, when you prefer a call, how you heard about us and notes. We also receive information you choose to send by email or phone.
Agreement details: you provide names, contact details, event details and addresses as needed to prepare and sign your agreement.
Payment details: you and our payment and invoicing services provide amounts, payment status, billing name and email. Card data goes to Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
Gallery details: you provide your sign-in email, favourites and notes. We record when a gallery link is opened, which sections and photographs are viewed, and downloads, by you or your guests. We use this to follow up on your delivery. This log holds no IP address, device or location.
Photographs and films: we create images of you and your guests at your event or session.
Technical data: our host records request logs, including IP addresses, request times and errors.
How we use it
We use this information to answer inquiries, prepare and sign agreements, take payments, and keep business and tax records. We use it to photograph and film your celebration, deliver your work, run and secure the site, and comply with the law.
Form inquiries use double opt-in email confirmation. We send a confirmation email, and your inquiry reaches the studio after you click its link. We do not send marketing unless you opt in separately.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the website, runs booking, gallery and payment services, stores site media, client records, gallery activity and notes, and keeps request logs.
Brevo sends transactional email, including inquiry confirmations, studio notifications and gallery links.
Dropbox stores event photographs and films and delivers client galleries.
Dropbox Sign sends and records signed service agreements.
Stripe processes card payments from invoice links. Card numbers go to Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
Zoho Books handles invoices and bookkeeping records.
They may process your information only to provide their service to us. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We may disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
Cookies and storage
Necessary cookies support client and staff sign-in. Browser storage remembers your language choice and whether you have seen the language prompt. We use no analytics, ad pixels or tracking cookies.
Because we do not track you, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change how the site operates. We still treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of sale or sharing of personal information.
Galleries and guest links
Clients sign in through an emailed one-time link. A session cookie keeps you signed in. Sign-in links are personal. Do not forward them.
You can create guest share links. Anyone with a guest link can view and download that gallery. Share guest links only with people you trust. Ask us to turn one off at any time.
Portfolio and social media
We use your photographs and films in our portfolio or social media only with signed written permission. For a minor, a parent or guardian signs. You may withdraw permission at any time. We remove the images from channels we control within 30 days and stop new use. We cannot recall prints or copies others have already shared.
Children
The website is for adults and is not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian arranges sessions involving minors. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through the site. If a child submits information, contact us and we will delete it. We do not sell or share personal information of anyone under 16. A minor, or a parent, may ask us to remove a note posted in a gallery.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become bookings: up to 24 months after our last contact.
Agreements, invoices and payment records: 7 years for tax and legal reasons.
Galleries: online for the period in your agreement. We may keep archive copies of your photographs and films as your agreement allows.
Gallery activity and notes: kept while your gallery is online, then deleted.
Logs: as long as our hosting provider keeps them, usually no more than 30 days.
Security
We use encrypted connections, restricted access, and signed and expiring links. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
Your rights
You may ask what information we hold and how we use it, get a copy, correct it or delete it. We will not treat you differently for asking. For California residents, these include rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act where it applies to us. We honour these rights either way. We collect no sensitive personal information beyond what you choose to share, and you may ask us to limit how we use it.
Shine the Light: we do not share personal information with others for their direct marketing.
