Quinceañera Photography & Video in the Inland Empire

Full photo and film coverage for her whole day, from getting ready to the last dance. We’re a small Redlands studio, we work in English and Spanish, and we’ve spent years learning how these celebrations really move.

A quinceañera is one long day with a hundred small moments inside it: her mom fastening the last button, her dad seeing the dress for the first time, the church quiet before the mass, and the moment the surprise dance finally lands. Our job is to be in the right place for each one without ever making the day about us.

We photograph and film quinceañeras across the Inland Empire: Redlands, Riverside, San Bernardino, Yucaipa, and the smaller cities around them. Most weekends of the season you’ll find us at a mass, a garden ceremony, or a banquet hall somewhere between the mountains and downtown Riverside.

Everything is all-inclusive: coverage, hand-editing on every photo, and your full gallery with download and print rights. The price we quote is the price you pay.

We keep the calendar honest, too. We take a limited number of celebrations each season so every family gets our full attention, from the first planning call to the last delivered film. Twelve-plus years behind the lens taught us that the best quinceañera photos come from a team that knows the day’s rhythm well enough to be early to every moment, and calm enough to let it happen.

What we cover during the day

Every celebration is a little different, but a full day usually includes:

  • Getting ready: hair, makeup, and the dress going on, with the details photographed before they’re worn
  • First look with parents and padrinos
  • The ceremony or mass, photographed quietly and without flash where the church asks
  • Formal portraits with family and the corte de honor
  • The entrance, toasts, and the changing of the shoes
  • The vals and the surprise dance, covered from more than one angle on film packages
  • Cake, the last dance, and everything the night turns into after that

The film side: photo and video together

Photos hold the day still; film gives it back in motion, with the mariachi actually playing and your dad’s toast in his own voice. On our Signature and Elite packages, a videographer works alongside the photographers all day, and the two of us plan our positions together so neither is ever in the other’s frame.

Your film is delivered as a highlight reel, five minutes on Signature and ten on Elite, edited to the real audio and music of the night rather than a stock soundtrack. The vals and the surprise dance get covered from more than one angle, because those are the minutes families rewatch the most.

If you’re deciding between photo-only and photo plus film, our honest advice: the dances and the toasts are the two things photos alone can’t fully keep. That’s where video earns its place.

FAQ

How far in advance should we book a quinceañera photographer?

Six to nine months ahead is ideal, since we take a limited number of celebrations each season and popular spring and summer dates go first. If your date is closer than that, reach out anyway. We keep a short list for late requests and can often make it work.

How much does quinceañera photography cost?

Our packages run from $600 for four hours of ceremony coverage with two photographers, to $1,200 for eight hours of photo and film, to $2,000 for the full day with two photographers and a videographer. Every package includes hand-edited photos, an online gallery with print rights, and next-day sneak peeks. No hidden fees, ever.

Do you photograph both the ceremony and the reception?

Yes. Coverage runs up to four, eight, or ten hours depending on the package, which is enough to carry from getting ready through the mass and well into the reception. We’ll help you plan the hours so nothing important falls outside them.

Do you speak Spanish?

Sí. We work comfortably in English and Spanish, which matters more than people expect on the day itself: directing family portraits, coordinating with padrinos, and making grandparents feel at ease in front of the camera.

Can you film the surprise dance?

Yes, and it’s one of our favorite parts of the night. On film packages we cover the vals and the surprise dance from more than one angle, and we’ll coordinate with your choreographer or DJ beforehand so we know exactly when and where it happens.

Can you photograph the mass at our church?

Yes. We photograph ceremonies quietly, without flash where the church asks, and we check the parish’s photography rules ahead of your date so there are no surprises at the altar. We introduce ourselves to the officiant before the mass begins, every time.

How many photos will we receive?

One hundred hand-edited photos on the Essential package and two hundred on Signature and Elite, plus ten next-day sneak peeks. Every image is edited individually, not batch-filtered.

When do we get our photos and video?

Sneak peeks arrive within a day or two. Your full hand-edited gallery follows within a few weeks, and films within six to eight weeks. Elite collections get priority delivery.

What if we need to change the date?

Life moves; we understand. Your retainer transfers once to any available date within twelve months at no penalty, and we’ll do everything we can to hold your new date.

Do you travel outside the Inland Empire?

Gladly. We’re based in Redlands and photograph celebrations across Southern California and beyond. Anything past a 60-mile radius, we quote travel up front and add it at cost, with no markup.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. After the 30% retainer, the balance can be divided into interest-free monthly installments leading up to your date. Just ask and we’ll build a schedule that works for your family.
