Prospect Park has hillside views over the valley and stays quiet even on a Saturday.
Edwards Mansion is a Victorian garden estate with gazebos and citrus trees.
The Santa Fe Depot has a colonnade of Doric columns, with State Street and Orange Street Alley a short walk away.

The gazebos hold shade at midday; the citrus paths and the hillside are better in the last hour before sunset. With everything this close, one portrait stop fits between ceremony and reception without a long drive.
